I think сервис is a "false friend" in Russian - I've noticed that Russians use "service" where we use "site."
Кажется, что всё честно – эти его сравнительно честные заработки дают нам возможность бесплатно использовать многие сервисы, которые в действительности совсем не дармовые.

_AL: That seems FAIR - these more or less legitimate earnings enable us to use MANY FREE SITES that aren't FREEBIES AT ALL. (I don't agree with the use of "freebies" in this context - it's too colloquial for the rest of the sentence).
Thank you, Uly, for the remark. It's true, because very often we call sites сервисы in Russian.
Thank you for the confirmation, I wasn't
sure.
I know what you want mean from experience, but I wouldn't recommend using service when you mean site. Most people wouldn't know what you mean.
Thank you, Uly, for your corrections for my variant.
👍🏼
Elena, I would say ... to use, free of charge, ... Otherwise it looks like you're trying to use "free of charge" as an adjective.
Thank you, Uly.
Elena, instead of в действительности, could one use фактически in this sentence?
Theoretically it could be used. But "в действительности" is better. It can also be replaced by "на самом деле"
So how DO you use it?
Фактически? I'm at a loss. There's a very subtle difference. If I get it myself, I'll write to you. In this sentence, of course, you can use фактически, but it's only on my subconscious level that I think that в действительности is better.
Thanks. Aside from the sentence, I've just always been curious.
I see. If you look up in the dictionaries they are given as synonyms. I think that фактически relates more to what is based on facts, figures (more exact characteristics) and в действительности - to the perception, how we understand it. But sometimes they are interchangeable.
That makes perfect sense, thank you :-)
You're most welcome:-)
