The first is correct - at least because the second has a mistake (should be "did you watch"). In fact, the first is correct because it is assumed that the "watching" has already been done / completed AND there is no time reference.
I'm not sure if it's OK to use have together with watched. I mean when you start s sentence with "have you", you follow it with "seen", not "watched". especially when you add "alone", “watched” just seems to be out of place somehow.
