No way (?)
Никак.

A short answer to questions like these: "How do I get a perfect abs in one week?" or "How to learn English in two days?" or "How to get to the moon using a hot air balloon?" I know there's a longer version: "No way you can do that." But is there a short one-word reply similar to Russian "никак"?

No way
wrong and wrong
So simple :)
“No way” means “I don’t believe you/it.”
— My sister says that if you drink the juice of one lemon after every meal, you can eat anything you want and still lose 25 lbs in one week.
— No way! [=bullshit! I don’t believe i!]
That's exactly how I usually say it. At least, as an answer for a question with an explicit subject. But what about the ones with no subject? "How to..?" Well I guess those are not even correct questions, grammatically? Actually, a phrase like this looks more like a part of a statement. "And now I'm going to show you how to learn English in two days."
Yes, HOW TO… isn’t a question.
А "длинная версия" -- No way you can do that. -- правильная?
It’s hard to say. Can you write a question to it?
How can you fly to the moon in a hot air baloon? — There's no way to do that.
First of all, that question is a bit weird because it kind of answers itself - on the one had, you’re asking HOW, and then mentioning the hot air balloon. I think a more logical question would be without HOW:
— Could you/someone fly to the moon in a hot air balloon?
— That would be impossible. [= you can’t do it — the balloon would burst as soon as it left the atmosphere]
— No way! [= That’s ridiculous! I don’t believe it can be done! / As far as I know, it can’t be done! I doubt it very much!… but I’m not saying it’s impossible.]
— Absolutely not. [=I know for a fact that it can’t be done./ It’s impossible. (no emotion and extreme certainty)]
