Also, in English, you can’t separate two full sentences with a comma - that’s called a run-on sentence. You need a semicolon (;) or a dash (—).
“I drive a pickup - I have to pick up your vehicle.”
You would use a semicolon if one were the reason for the other: “My car just broke down; I won’t be able to pick you up from school.”
“I’m a PICKUP truck driver” sounds like an occupation. We normally say “I drive a...”
