Since users very rarely give sufficient context for their entries, I propose that every time we translate a word or phrase, we also contribute a sentence that features it in our native language. In this case, for instance, you would add a sentence in Russian, such as for example: "What benefit you derive from this course will depend entirely on your degree of participation." This in turn will prompt me to translate your sample sentence into English in the comments. Tatiana and I have been doing this and I think it's a great initiative. It also gives the original poster the opportunity to say "That's not what I meant!" etc. and thus clarify their post further and make for more complete and productive entries. What do you think?
