Grumbler’s translation is very good if you’re concerned about the listener being offended by something like a movie, song, conversation, etc. But if you fear that you may have offended them, the best option is: “I hope I haven’t offended you.” -or- “I haven’t offended you, have I?”
Elena, “Are you offended by me?” is said by someone who knows they smell bad, for example, but can’t help it because they have a condition, etc. In other words, someone says this when they KNOW they’re offensive and are giving the other person the opportunity to admit it.
