“...or I’ll FIX you” makes sense, but as an unpleasant consequence/warning, “fix you UP” doesn’t make sense.
I don’t imagine Pavel would be willing to fix us up with a context?

I know what it means, but it’s not a “bad” thing. In this context, we usually see an unpleasant consequence: “Clean your room or I’ll ground you for a month.” What kind of consequence is “fix you up”?
