первый вариант - я прочитал эту книгу

второй вариант - (у меня) эта книга прочитана

have this book read - google такого выражения не нашел

to have something done - иметь что-то выполненным

https://www.ecenglish.com/learnenglish/lessons/have-something-done/ пишут, что такой оборот употребляется лишь в 2х случаях.
И have this book read к ним вроде бы не относится

1. I have this book read - Эту книгу вместо меня прочитали.
2. I have this book read - Мне насильно прочитали эту книгу

“I have this book read” can be said by someone who was challenged to read a book within a certain amount of time considered impossible and he is implying that’s it’s no challenge at all - “consider it done!” We also just say “I’ve got this!” or “You’ve got this” (if your encouraging someone else). A longer expression with the same meaning is “got something in the bag!” - “I’ve got this book in the bag!” -or- “I’ve got this book read - it’s in the bag!”

Similarly, if a mother is boasting about her son’s progress with a summer reading list, she can say “He already has 10 books read.”

I have this book read - Считай, что я эту книгу прочитал!

He already has 10 books read - Он, практически, прочитал уже 10 книг.

Не практически - он их уже прочитал, они так сказать «за ним»

“got this (in the bag)” разговорная фраза - но употребление про книги, например, нормальная речь, когда какая то задача уже «за тобой» в смысле, что сделана.

Так ПРОЧИТАНЫ все 10 книг или ПОЧТИ 9.99 книг?

I can mean (1) I have already read this book; or (2) [in reference to the future] I can read that book - no problem!

I can't tell them :
