Не думаю.
Встреча ведущего со зрителями/слушателями (TV, радио, ...) - т.е. просто передача.
Со звездой - возможно интервью, возможно сплетни.

To me, this sounds like
a teacher announcing the theme of the next meeting/session say in an English learning club for children.

... where they're intentionally trying to sound like a TV presenter to get their audience hooked.

So either way, it should sound like a presenter. That’s how I translated it.
