Tatiana: (1) IN SPITE OF (2) "will go on" would mean that she will survive. In order to echo the verb "take care of" you need the proverb "to do so." Otherwise, good work!

Also, IN SPITE OF is more naturally followed by a noun. You could say, In spite of her job...
