Как перевести? (ru-en)
Майкл любит свою / его собаку.........What is the difference between Свой и Его ?? They both mean ''his'' in English ..Could somebody please clarify it for me?

Свой refers to possession by the subject of the sentence, whereas его refers to someone else: Андрей видит свою собаку. Andrey sees his (own) dog. Андрей видит его собаку. Andrey sees his (someone else's) dog.
