Is there anything in the question that you translated as "these words?" Well, it must have been "these words" in my opinion, too. But it could have been something like "the statement", or 'the rule", as well. If it had been the case, would you have translated it as "these words" . No, you wouldn't have. And I consider your translation above as incorrect.
Why then do you assume that someone uses "someone" meaning "anyone"? There is no context to draw a clear conclusion. So, it should be translated based on the fact and not on the assumption.

Because unlike you, I can read that sentence to myself and know which words to stress. In that sentence, someone is stressed which changes its meaning. I'm sorry you don't agree. I know my language.
