It sounds strange without "us". We miss you a lot. Visit more often.(??)
None of those examples are imperatives. When the people asking you to visit mention themselves, it seems redundant in English. Obviously if they're asking you, they are the ones you're visiting. The same applies to "come over" - it automatically means to our/my house.
