Рискну предположить, что автор Alexsandr Bezsalov имел в виду русское слово "ВОЛКИ", закодировав его под не существующее в англ. языке слово (путем простой транслитерации с русского на англ. и одновременно переходя на верхний регистр при написании буквы И по-англ. в виде большой буквы i -----> I, что означает "Я - волк" или "волки". The speaker must've been British - they pronounce ROLL CALL as ROUL-KOLE, which is how the automatic subtitles heard VOLKL.
