Elena, that's not idiomatic. You don't drive a road. You also can't say "you can drive on this road too" because that would mean the the road is in good condition, not that it leads anywhere in particular.

I’m sorry, I should have been more specific. I meant that you don’t use it in the sense of getting somewhere when giving directions. You do use if when you recommend someone try out a road because it’s scenic, etc. But then maybe I misunderstood the original Russian. Let me know what it means.
Uly, it's not clear from this phrase whether somebody is giving directions or may be explaining that this road is not too rough or bumpy and also can be used
