Grumbler: "the society psychological well-being point of view" is very ungrammatical. One way to break it up is to use pattern: from the point of view of xxx... Also, you need the adjective "societal" instead of the noun.

AL: "in view of" has another meaning altogether. It means "taking xxx into account, (conclusion)." Furthermore, "the problem of great importance" is ungrammatical. When you use the definite article, you imply that there's only one. In this case, there are actually many problems, and the one cited is just ONE of them, so you could say "one problem of great importance..." Grumbler's "the problem of high importance" is equally ungrammatical for the same reason.
Thank you, Uly.
Very good, Al!
