Usually mutual means that you perform an action against another person who in turn performs the same action towards you. An action or a sentiment: mutual hate, mutual love, mutual understanding, mutual trust. Relative, on the other hand, refers to the position of something IN RELATION to something else.

I see, thank you, Uly. In Russian we use the same word for this.
