I'm not really into sports, or rather I'm really not into sports. I used to do some climbing back in the university, but it was a long long time ago. now it's only some longboarding in summer for me =)

You are so funny Igor! Sports boosts one's happy hormones, plus yoga meditation which i practice as well - that's how one can be drunk without really being drunk, and high without being stoned haha. I'd love to discover longboarding/ snowboarding/any other board sports! (How to say these names btw) you were right, juggling not a sport, it just came to my mind and I wanted to know how to say it anyway! ;)

Excuse me for meddling, I just wanted to say, that since juggling is not a sport, you better say this way: "Обычно я делаю высокоинтенсивную интервальную тренировку, занимаюсь скалолазанием. А ещё, я люблю жонглировать/я занимаюсь жонглированием".

Because when you enumerated kinds of sports, like HIIT, climbing, and then, you put a comma, and wrote "juggling", it sounded like you referring juggling to a sport 😊 I even googled that word, trying to understand if juggling has another meaning 😆 Hope I expressed my point clear

I wanted to learn to juggle for a long time, but a very never really could make myself to start.
we never came up with Russian words for any of the board sports, so it's скейтбординг, лонгбординг , сноубординг, вэйкбординг and so on. when someone says just борд/бординг they usually refer to snowboarding.
there are places for snowboarding in Moscow even in summer (an artificial slope with artificial snow) but as far as I know it's pretty expensive. as to longboarding - there are a lot of places to ride, and in summer even several places where you can get a board and learn the basics for free.

Why Moscow, Xiaoqing? Come to Kamchatka! People here are really crazy about various kinds of activities: skiing, mountain skiing, dogsledding, athletic tourism (includes rock climbing). You can ride and drive a snowmobile, swim in the pool of thermal water. The nature is fantastic here. But the most gorgeous places are hard to reach and,thus, expensive.

@Tatiana!! How do you know I'd love to be in Kamchatka?! :) Which universities are most reputed for Russian language course? Which city are you from? Culture and Wildness excite me equally, I cannot do without either, truth be told! That's why Russian is so lovable to me ))

@Igor I'd love to get hold of some boarding basics while in Moscow. Plz let me know any places offer that. Will be there April 1- May 14. :) I learn to juggle 3-ball cascade using YouTube Lol Still practicing to achieve 4-ball...

Then, what's the problem?! Unfortunately, there's only one university on the peninsula. But, as far as I'm concerned, it's rather good. Translators and interpreters are prepared here. There's one city here, it's Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (PK), the centre of the region. Among the other settlements there is/are 1 or 2 towns. The centres of the districts are mostly villages. I live in one of them, 300 km away from PK.

I'm currently working on the translation of a book set in Moscow , that's another major of the reasons why I'd like to go back this time. As to longboarding I know of two places where you can learn for free:
https://vk.com/longboard_school - they gathered twice a week, and had groups not only for beginners, but for advanced riders too
https://vk.com/quiksilvergolongboard - only once a week, only for the beginners, but much more thorough.
Both places had free longboard rental, you just needed some photo ID.
I'm not sure though if they'll start as early as April. A lot depends on the weather, I guess.
