Улий, я видела эту диаграмму. Я говорю, что в русском языке чередуются- это не придуманный вариант, он существует.

I’m just saying that just because something sounds good in Russian, it may not translate well into English. This is such a case. The vast majority of English-speakers would just say SEASONS CHANGE. It’s somehow too simplistic (and obvious) to say that one season replaces another.
