Not bad! Just a few things:
The first line is difficult to render in English - even for me. I think we’re going to have to word it another way. Why? Because “manner” is too formal and “funnily” is just weird. I would be inclined to change it to “He jumped off his hobbyhorse in a way that made everyone giggle.”
folded his arms across his chest 👍🏼
-or- stood there with his arms folded on his chest
...and scanned the crew that HAD gathered around him. -or maybe- HAD crowded IN around him.
The past perfect is important here because it expresses that everyone was in place when he scanned them.

I thought as much.)
Thank you for your explanation!))

А, там ещё «гордо»!
scanned? окинул взглядом is more like glanced or quickly looked. Also, in order to properly translate "забавно спрыгнул" we need to know what забавно is? Did he want to entertain everyone? Did he just did not know how to get off the horse? Did he perform a stunt while was getting off the horse? Or did he just got stuck while was trying to get off the horse? What does забавно mean in this case?
(1) You can quickly scan a room of people, or take your time and look at all their faces individually. Perhaps I could add the word QUICKLY to clarify things. Thank you for your explanation. (2) I believe the boy got off the horse in a way that everyone found funny because he was dressed in his pajamas, moments before had been floating in space on a hobbyhorse and was generally cute. Perhaps he even had some trouble climbing off.
