Aside from English, I also speak Russian.
Улий, добавь! 🙏😉
No thank you! The mistress has spoken! I want nothing to do with that woman.
From now on everyone can assume that her English translations are correct.
She already does!
Thanks a lot guys...Please lets not offend each other here😔😔😔😔
My respects? Did he die?
О боже)
David, I hope you’re still with us, but if not, I’ll pay my respects too))) 💐
Uly my dear friend, l m running a hotel which is why my answers may come late..please dont take offence!!l read your comment about myself ..and you can find my answer below the posting😉
Thank you Lena 😉😉by the way I m not an American, l m from the UK and currently working in Turkey))
*You’re A gentleman, David.
Thanks.
You're a gentleman, David.👍
Anytime))) and yes he is 👍🏼
David may not notice errors because he is British. In Russia everyone is learning British English, so the translations seem excellent to him. But to Americans the translations seem non-idiomatic. Maybe this is the cause of the problem?
Actually, David is Turkish. And the British-American excuse has loooooong played out - it doesn’t work. The languages are not THAT different.
Зато это очень удобная ширма, которой некоторые пытаются прикрыть свои слабые знания, вместо того, чтобы честно признаться - в первую очередь себе! И учиться.
Hear, hear!
Mate ,for the records l m half British half Turkish ..and something more ,As Zoe puts it, just because l didn't notice that indefinite article doesnt mean l m careless!!!Guys l m not sitting here all the time ,most of my postings come out when l m behind the wheel..And Uly is right right about British-American English
Tanya are you talking about me ???
David, that’s not what Zoe said. She suggests that you saw the mistakes, but they seemed normal to you because they’re actually British and not American. 😂
😀😀🤚🤚🤚🤚)))l like you all guys and you really help me out
David, I didn’t know that you were half British. When you say things like “for the records” it sounds like you’re still learning English. I don’t think nationality really has anything to do with language proficiency. I was born in Cuba and both my parents are Cuban, but we moved to the United States when I was six months old which is why I have native proficiency.
David, I meant some snotty users on here. Whenever Uly points out their mistakes, they start giving this “British English - American English" line, which is bullshit.
Uly my dear friend you are very attentive) l should congratulate you on
👍🏼
