This is more like "ты нормально выглядел/звучал" in an interview, for example. [Politician] That was a tough interview! I hope I didn't come off confused. I had to really think about some of those questions. [Assistant] You came off all right - at least you didn't sound smug and condescending. If anything, thinking before you answer makes you come off (as) sincere.

"all right" isn't otlichno or prekrasno, it's meh... not bad, but not great, nothing to worry about
