In English, we say this upon rethinking something after some initial hesitation. That’s the MAYBE. The form THERE is untranslatable and means something like IN FACT or AFTER ALL.

— How many pizzas should I order for the girls’ sleepover tomorrow night?
— At least six, no?
— Are you serious? Those girls are obsessed with their weight - they won’t eat more than a slice each.
— Hmmm, maybe you got a point there… make it three! That way we can have some too.

The most succinct way (in a context) is simply "возможно / (да) пожалуй"
"В этом что-то есть" - это не обязательно относится к you и не очень подходит к твоему примеру

Grumbler, I think for the sake of completeness, you should add Да, пожалуй. I was going to suggest it early on — frankly, because I’ve actually seen YOU use it on LL in this context. But I thought it was TOO short. But now that you brought it up, I think it’s a great variant for learners to see.

You might even consider replacing the one you have there now, which seems too wordy to be conversational, and this is a purely conversational form.
