HEART-PUMPING is NOT used in the medical sense. It’s used to describe activity that makes your heart rate speed up. Most often, we use the term “heart-pumping” in the figurative sense to describe things that are thrilling — like a ride in an amusement park, or even a very suspenseful book. It’s mostly an “industry term” which means that you’ll only see it in advertisements to make things sound attractive to thrill seekers - as In Anna’s post.

Вот моё предложение по переводу:
"Здесь вы можете насладиться различными видами активного отдыха, такими как катание на лыжах и сноуборде."
Это в том случае, если использовать не специальную лексику: "активный" для "heart-pumping".
Если спросить профессионала, например, спортивного врача, то возможно он скажет "кардио", "кардио-нагрузка", "кардио-упражнения".

A heart-pumping drop is a very steep cliff - just looking at it gives you a thrill, makes your heart pump.
