In reassurances, we don’t use the word ENOUGH, we use the word PLENTY
How very interesting! But I'm not sure if "that's plenty/that'll do" would work there because, as far as I understood, хватает in Dashas question means something along the lines of мне вообще хватает денег/у меня достаточно денег, and it's basically a synonym of я не нуждаюсь (в деньгах). 🤔
In other words, хватает (денег) is general, whereas хватит (денег) is situational.
Either way, you’re assuring someone that you have enough money, so PLENTY works in both cases. The same with GOOD and FINE.

-- You're something else! You sit in your office from 8 to 5, living hand to mouth and there's nothing about your life that you want to change? Take me, for instance - a half hour online and I walk away with what you make in a month. If you ask me, it's all about doing a minimal amount of work and a making a shitload of money.
-- Yeah... I'll pass - I have plenty (of money) with what I make. / I do just fine with what I make.
"I do just fine with what I make" seems much closer to мне хватает/я не нуждаюсь to me. :)
