by COMMUNITY I think she's referring to общество in OOO. Isn't this just a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LLC)?

I understand the source of confusion. Community = (со)общество.
"responsibility" is similarly incorrect here as well.
Yes, it is LLC in US.
