If in model 1 each person had 2 neighbours, in model 2 all the remaining are neighbours for each person

If in Model 1 each person had 2 neighbours, in Model 2 all the rest are neighbours for each person.

Whereas within model 1 each person had two neighbours, within model 2 each person has everybody else for neighbours
