Hi, I have to translate this sentence into German and to use the verb “fallen” at it. Can anybody help me?

)though, I just remembered that I haven't closed the door is syntactically wrong even more. It should be written either I suddenly remember that or I have just remembered that I haven't closed the door. Right?
