WON'T THEY doesn't work here because it would refer to a future proposition with WILL (which would sound a little weird because according to the context, this is a definite plan, which would require GOING TO and not WILL). WILL is better suited for an offer or suggestion: You'll call me if you need anything, WON'T YOU?
So here, the only option is WILL THEY NOT HAVE? or at least the perfect WON'T THEY HAVE? or simply RIGHT?
