Uly, I still don't know exactly, are users notified about comments. But I hope you will read this.
Is it possisle to say: "polite treatment your waiters", without using any preposition?

No, you can't say that because TREATMENT is noun, so you need a preposition, however TREAT is a verb, so it can take an object.
