"His attitude can't be called otherwise than dishonest". And he said "yes".

1. You mix two ways of using "otherwise." and "otherwise than...". Ask your friend if your sentence makes sense if you end it before "that dishonest", as you did in your version. 2. I would translate your sentence like "В противном случае, названия у этого нет." 3 . Native Americans are American Indians, you must have meant a native speaking American. )
