Однозначно не бутик. (Во всяком случае у нас в Канаде.) Реклама-то всегда звучит как "роскошь по доступной цене", но стоит попасть в один из таких "аутлетов" сразу делается понятно, что это такое.

В аутлетах собирают и продают то, что не пользовались спросом в дорогих бутиках: цвета, размеры, модели. Или же новый, но слегка поврежденный товар.
