I don’t think we have a way to specify that succinctly.

There is something here in the Lingvo dictionary (see “ветерок”), even particularly “прокатиться с ветерком” - go speeding, but I don’t believe it’s what is needed.

No, that sounds weird. I would say “went cruising along the beach”
