I don't think either of these translations is correct. We use FROM MY END when we deal with someone remotely... on the phone, over skype, from another country or city and it just means FROM HERE: "If you give me access to your computer screen, I can go in and fix the problem FROM MY END." In certain cases, people also use it to mean FROM ME, especially when referring to resistance, criticism, complaints: "It's your money and you can buy whatever you like. If it's a horse you want, then buy it - you won't get any resistance/criticism FROM MY END."
