“(If there is one) I haven’t discovered it yet” is a funny way of agreeing with the previous comment that NO place there is exciting. That’s why everyone chuckled.

Some things just can’t be explained. If this app had voice recording everything would be much clearer because intonation is everything in this context. Otherwise the sarcasm and humor are lost.

Elena, the problem is that I don’t know how to say this Russian, so I didn’t know if his translation was correct. Plus I wanted to make sure that he knew that in order for this to work, you have to stress the word IS.
