There's "... зависит ..."
In English every sentence has to have a subject. If there's no logical subject, we use IT: IT'S raining, IT depends on the weather, IT goes without saying, etc.
Я хотела сказать , что предложение было без субъекта и потому я не догадалась в английском переводе поставить "s"
There isn't subject in that phrase.
