Дамы и господа! Вопрос. Сидим с девочкой в самоизоляции (карантина в Беларуси нет). Занимаемся английским. Ей в школе назадавали много чего (учатся дистанционно). Возникли вопросы с несколькими предложениями.

For some reason, I'm suspecting those who made up that test meant something along the lines of:
(1) Мне неловко, что я ушёл с вечеринки.
(2) Но ушёл я, ПОТОМУ ЧТО мне не было весело.
They probably just put it too literally. Павел, а Вы что думаете?
