Улий, I thought we ask "How do I get to...? " if we look for directions when walking and "How can I get to..?" if we ask for a means of transport to get to a place. No?

You use “how do I get to…?“ whether you’re walking or driving when you mean that you need directions; you use “how can I get to…?“ when you’re wondering what kind of transport you can take there.
