in the nature of long-term cooperation (существительное)
of a temporary nature (прилагательное),

Uly, I meant the verb "involves" but wrote automatically "includes". That's my fault.

None of these options sound natural to me. First of all, a "situation" isn't usually associated with long-term cooperation, for example. It would make more sense with "this contract, this deal, this relationship, this project, etc." is contingent on/calls for/presupposes/is characterized by long-term cooperation... depending on the interpretation.

Involves would sound much better
