насколько я знаю, аналогичной идиомы нет, так что все предложенные варианты вполне подходят. но может Ольга к нам еще заглянет, и скажет что-нибудь умное он этому поводу

"Я тебя за язык не тянул" (как-бы "ты сам предложил"). Простые варианты понятны - "You said that yourself!", "I didn't force you to talk!", "I did not make you say that!" Но хочется что-то разговорное (fixed expression). PETER: Thank God it's Friday. Maybe let's have some fun and go to the bar to crack a bottle. It's on me today. JOHN: You got it! Nobody "pulled your tongue." Let's do it ... (несуществующую фразу я взял в кавычки). Представитель Macmillan Dictionary был озадачен и дал немного weird вариант - to force sb's hand Есть также не очень понятные "You said it of your own conviction" и "You weren't coerced". Неплохой вариант "I didn't twist your arm" и "I didn't put those words in your mouth". Но здесь есть перехлест с известной фразой в этом значении ПРОСЬБА ко всем, кто встречал еще хорошие варианты, поделитесь опытом пожалуйста

We would say (in the States) "Nobody held a gun to your head" -or- "You got it - I'm going to hold you to that!" However, this conversation isn't the best example. We use these expressions when someone does something for you, and then turns around and throws it in your face. For example, you lost your job and your friend pays your rent for three months until you get back on your feet. Then a few years later, you have a disagreement and he says "I even paid your rent when you were out of work!" and you could respond "Nobody held a gun to your head - you did that because you wanted to!"

Well yeah, but this one is a bit different from the Russian expression "тянуть за язык". This expression is usually about a promise that was made. It's like you say to your friend who just lost his job: "Don't worry, it's gonna be fine, I'll help you to get through this, I'll pay your rent or you can come crash at my place..." And your friend says "Ok, I didn't pull your tongue" meaning that you offered your help and he didn't ask you to. Or you can say it to someone who happened to break their promise.

"You said it, not me" подоходит, если обо говорящих знают, о чём речь, но никто не хотел произносить первым вслух. Вот комментарий из Сети: It means both people in the conversation know something, and are talking about something that they don't want to get caught talking about. In this case the person saying "you said it not me", really doesn't want to get caught talking about it. А когда "я тебя за язык не тянул" — возможно, я не знал, что ты мне скажешь, для меня это новость.
