Да без "лишних комментарий" это выражением не имеет смысла. Не за что!

To set (ones, his, her, my) heart to it. ex. If she sets her heart to it, she can accomplish anything.

-- you PUT your heart TO doing something, and you SET your heart ON something ... two different expressions with two different meanings: if she PUTS her heart TO it, she can accomplish anything.
