The really fast way to get better at any foreign language is to actively practice your speaking skills, to talk to the native speakers, watch the videos / movies with and then without subtitles.

Do you know which is your learning style? Start there. It will be easier to learn a language when you do things that are easy for you according to your learning style.

I would suggest to go for your favorite movies first. You have see them so many times that you know by heart the plot, so you could start figuring things out without knowing the language and catching some vocabulary. :-)
