if you're using browser version - you just click on your name at the top right corner - that's your profile, there below the white field with your profile data you can see three words "TRANSLATIONS", "NOTES" and "QUESTIONS".
If you're using android app you tap on three horizontal lines at the top left (or just swipe left to right) to access menu. In the menu tap on your name or userpic at the top - and you see your whole history - translations, questions and notes all in one feed. As far as I know there's no way to separate them, but still.
If you're using iOS app - I despise you*.
*Of course I don't. Just kidding! But I've never used the iOS app myself, so I won't be of any help here anyway.
