The genitive case defines belonging, relationship.
Genitive plural is -ей
Our neighbor has 5 pretty daughters. дочер(ей)

But it isn't genitive because of the daughters' relationship to the neighbor, but because of пять, right?

@Kyle daughters still relate to neighbor, but the form of the word changes with the numeral:
"У соседа..."
- "... (одна) дочь".
- "... (две-четыре) дочери".
- "... (пять-девять) дочерей".
You can use "красивые" if you remove the numeral:
"У нашего соседа красивая дочь/красивые дочери".
