Yeah. Some people stick ducks with such inscription on the cars, especially such as Jeep. (You have been ducked🦆).

Yep. I made the question mark by mistake. I have clarified about this tradition in LA, California. Owners of brand Jeep do it for fun. They stick rubber ducks on the cars, wich belong to the Jeep brand. The inscription is "You have been ducked" on the duck (only for fun).
