This can have several meanings:
(1) I can't think straight today [=something's distracting me and I can't think intelligently]
(2) I'm not very witty today [=I'm too tired or too bored to be funny or respond adequately to intellectual repartee]
(3) I don't look my best today [=I just threw on the first thing I found in the closet, not knowing you were going to ask me to go to a party with you after work]
