Depending on context, the Russian may grammatically mean both - right now and scheduled:
A: Я слышал, они завтра не смогут к нам приехать. Не знаешь почему?
Б: У них (там какая-то) встреча.
However, like Grumbler said, if that's a complete sentence, most likely, it means right now.
