Btw, всё никак не implies a certain impatience on the part of the speaker. Is “haven’t made” enough to express the same nuance?

The perfect has a nuance of ALREADY/NOT YET, so we don’t usually use these words in conjunction with it. Consequently, if you want to express impatience, you can add STILL (emphasized in speech).
