Russ, an argument can be concrete without being solid or iron-clad. Not a good translation.
I think what Russ meant under ”concrete” was the other, literal, meaning of ”concrete”, hence the confusion. But with this word it's always going to be like that.
Be that as it may, it’s not something we say. Anybody who hears “concrete argument“ is going to think that he’s referring to a SPECIFIC argument.
