Elena Bogomolova, I consider you the best translator on the site. But why did you translate this sentence as a question?
ты хочешь построить яхту
Are you out to build a yacht?
OUT TO expresses disbelief when someone plans to do something considered impossible or ridiculous
ты хочешь построить яхту?
EditedDo you want to build a yacht?
you want to build a yacht
Do you want to produce an yacht?

I'm far from being the best. To my mind, this phrase is more natural as a question. There's a problem when posting a question in the app, as far as I know; that's why many of us here add the question mark when translating.
Lidia, PRODUCE AN YACHT is incorrect.
